Warranty Claim & Evaluation

At Douglas Foundation Solutions, we take pride in our work and are proud to offer the best warranties in the business.

If you find things are not as they should be after our repair work has completed, please fill out the warranty form, we are pleased to start the warranty process for you.

Note: This fee is a processing fee for valid waranty holders only. If you do not have a valid warranty, paying this fee in no way establishes a warranty. This fee shall be refunded, less PayPal fees if in fact you do not have a valid warranty.

Processing Fee Policy

Each warranty visit requires a $75.00 processing fee.
Please pay either with PayPal using the link provided or mail a check to our office. We will schedule your evaluation visit when payment is received.
