Taking A Deep Breath, Taking A Second Look

When it comes to foundation repair methods, techniques, and even evaluations, it’s amazing how many different opinions, thoughts, and directions you can go. They say success is in the details.

We pride ourselves on a thorough evaluation of your situation–not only are we there to listen and understand the issues you’ve called us out to review, we’re also there to listen and understand what the long term objective may be. Did you know that almost 1/2 of all evaluations we make don’t require repair? That’s because, in the review process, we take the time to listen and understand the reason for our visit and make not only short term suggestions but also educate home owners for the long term.

Sometimes, we’ll review, learn, and evaluate your home or property, then return to our offices and consult with other members of the team. Sometimes, for example, laying out a repair plan and having our operations manager, CEO, or another evaluator review the plan, we come up with other suggestions, questions, and angles that can be taken to alleviate problems.

When you call us for an evaluation, remember, we’re there to listen and understand before we ever make a recommendation. And it may take a few hours to a few days to get back with you regarding the best recommendation we can make, based on the facts and information you have provided, and our base of knowledge, understanding, and repairs we’ve made to homes just like yours in Central Texas.
